Run it no check required. John and I are hashing out the details on it for The Boise Horror as
I type. (Actually, I wrote my solution a couple of days ago, but I want to make sure John signs
off on it before I go blabbing. <g>.) In storyline, it's unlikely even the _major_ players are
sure about why there's no residual rads in Boise, so, for now, I'd say it's safe to just not
require the checks at all and worry about the explanation later. :-)

For there to be a permanent community inside it, it's really not feasible for the people
(especially long-time residents like Simon and company) to be making rad checks even once a
day.

However, since there is no radiation threat inside Boise, that also likely means a Doomsayer
gets no special Strain recovery bonus there. I'd say they get Strain back at the normal,
non-ground zero, rate.
