Ok. Well, there are a couple of societies. It started and has it's emphasis 
in North America. Most of the Eastern Seaboard is ruled by the Seaboard 
Confederation, a mostly conservative trading empire ruled by the Stadtholder 
from Providence. The exception to their rule is NYC, which is now the 
Stronghold, a huge fort city. There are some others too, the savage Nouveau 
Quebecois, and Road Gangs, and other stuff. The rules are real simple, just 
rolling a percentile dice to see if one hits, and allowing a save depending 
on armor.
