I'm running this adventure, and recently noticed something...odd.

How do you find Ritter's water tower in Rock Springs?

Burke or someone mentions that Ritter had a water tower he used as a 
hideout.  But Rock Springs seems like a pretty big town, so no doubt lots of 
water towers.  He says the folks in Jarrett or Last Chance might know more 
about it.

But...they don't.  There's no other mention I could find of it.

Chapter 4 refers to an "acetate map" (page 37), but going through the book 
several times, I haven't found any such thing. There is an old highway map 
in Ritter's room at the church back in Jarrett, but it wouldn't be detailed 
enough to show water towers.

Where do you pick up this acetate map?  There seems to be a section I'm 
missing, so if someone could point it out to me.  Although as a major "clue" 
kind of thing, you wouldn't think it would be that hard to find...

And if the characters can't pick up this map...how do they find the water 
tower?  There's really not much there to guide them otherwise, but it has 
important clues.
