Post-death Hindrances are "Angst", "Unnatural Appetite", "Rage", "Mark
o' the Devil", I think there's one more. They're usually only available
to Harrowed. OTOH, you can also take 5 points of regular Hindrances, if
you' like ["Grim Servant o' Death" being a favorite for the recently
re-animated.] The Harrowed Hindrances mentioned simulate the trauma of
dying and coming back, even though you know you're still dead.

Cyborg systems, programs, and equipment can only be bought with cash
from packages, Cyborg-only Hindrances, or the extra 4 points that the
"Veteran o' the Wasted West" Edge gives a Harrowed to buy extra powers.
One point equals $2,000. This cash cannot be spent on anything but
Cyborg equipment, systems, or programs. Any remaining cash cannot be
saved. If you don't spend it on Cyborg stuff, it's gone.

No. The Spirit loss only affects the Cyborg's Spirit Trait.. The
manitou's Spirit remains the same.

If your Marshal allows it, you can start Harrowed. Drawing a Joker on
the "Mysterious Past" table makes your character Harrowed, but the
character doesn't know that they're dead. There's no required hand or
card to pull to be a Cyborg.
