[HoE] Order of modifiers for junker powers [Hopler]
hi all,
perhaps you can help clear up a problem from my last session, the
(PC) junker and myself are totally lost as we both worked out the
numbers for his new toy (posted soon) but ended up with different
numbers, i know its probably been covered in the errata somewhere but i
couldn't find it in the list archives, here comes the question
In what order do you deal with the modifiers for junker powers?
do you add up all the modifiers each way and then work them out.?
do you treat each modifier singly to the base slots/drain?
or do you just work them out as you get to them ? (if this one what
happens if you change your mind, do you restart from scratch???)
