Other explanation: The Rapture. Stands to reason if the Four Horsemen
show up, some of the wacky stuff from Revelations is bound to occur.
Maybe God snatched up all the faithful in some type of Rapture, and
nobody noticed in all the confusion/destruction. Blessed would probably
be on the top of the Good Boys and Girls list.

A similar idea... God's holding them back, but will bring them in when
the time is right. Not sure what PEG has planned as far as the future of
HOE, but I don't think the Good Guys are finished for good. I think
they've got a few more cards to play.

The Reckoners would most likely take drastic steps to get rid of their
strongest threats. I'd say they wouldn't stop with just Stone.
