Only if they've got that Hindrance that doubles their range and damage
[I'm too lazy to look it up], go Bust on a Faith roll while casting Nuke
and chucking a lot of Strain into the Miracle while standing on some
Ghost Rock. Which would then be too 'hot' to touch. Assuming anyone
survived the meltdown.
