   Somewhere it said all the older Arcane backgrounds were still there and 
the only real change was to Hucksters, not sure where I saw it thou.  As for 
changing the Tn's I don't think you need to; IMO I think this is because the 
higher force is still there it's just that people have stopped listening to 
it, so a Blessed can still be heard.
   As for DI I think you would need a Legend Chip,  also DI still exists; see 
Lost Angels when Pestilance's Horse got wacked.
