[HoE] Blesssed?

Just out of curiosity (because I've already allowed one of my posse
members to play one), is there anything in any of the current rules that
prohibit a blessed and their powers from operating normally in the
Wasted West (normal meaning as per Weird West rules)?  Inquirin' minds
wanna know (if this was already a topic at some point, I appologize - it
woulda been a while ago at any rate).  Thanks in advance.
