IIRC, no. Not for a while at least. Deadlands has been out for three
years and there have been revisions to the rules after player feedback
[In "Tales o' Terror: 1877" and other books (like "Law Dogs")] so a
"Revised Edition" was almost necessary to continue to make the game
playable and put everything under one cover. Hell on Earth has only been
out just over a year, so a "HoE: Revised Edition" is unlikely. The
changes that have been made to the general game mechanics will be given
as optional changes in "Waste Warriors", a new HoE worldbook that will
be out sometime next year [in the fashion of "Tales o' Terror", if I'm
not mistaken. Improve a couple things, move the storyline along a little
bit, et cetera. I just hope they use Jo to write it again, personally.] 

But, I'm not Shane or John and I'm not in any way affiliated with
Pinnacle. I just buy their stuff and play their games.
