Jo's Journal is (IIRC) in Wasted West.  She's also the narrator for the
posse section of Last Crusaders.  As a note, in HoE, psykers developed from
martial artists (again, IIRC, somebody correct me if I'm wrong here).

Books to get?  Wasted West if you don't have it.  Junkman if you want a
Junker.  I'd recommend Brain Burners for your martial artist - no fu
schticks, but lots of other cool powers.  Cyborgs has a bunch of harrowed
powers in addition to cyborg info - great for regular harrowed or cyborgs.
And who doesn't want harrowed (especially as bad guys)?
