Not sure about the 60s or 70s, but I can say I am working on a 1920s Deadlands.
Supplement-wise, look at Brianburners, Cyborgs, and Junkman Cometh. This
should give you an idea of what was going on, as these 3 books are packed
with historical info. Also, remember Annabelle Lee Devlin's 1963 contribution.
the 1960s, IIRC, was after the WW II period, and before the 1990s (duh, now
there is some insight!) so it is a VERY quiet period
supernatural-wise. The raging Abominations have faded post world war II,
and the cult era has not yet risen. It is probably as close to real
history as you can get in Deadlands, or so it seems from the HoE
supplements I have read. according to Cyborgs, the weird west-ish era
closed with the second world war, and things were quiet till the cults
showed up near the millennium. Of course, this does not mean there was no
magic, or nothing to do...
