SV: [HoE] Stats Tables

Well not everyone out there has Car Wars, or has even heard about it,  I
have heard about it but never ever seen it or played it, Pinnacle cant just
say " Okay we wont bother to make rules for the Roadwarriors since everyone
will use the carwars rules" 
Well DOH....
Go figure..

My oppinion is that Roadwarrios is one of the best books, Since all the
Arcane Backgrounds are just edges, not like in deadlands were it actually
had some major flaws, not the occasional brainburn or missfire..
