Well, drivin' is nimbleness ain't it? I suppose you could do a fightin':
bike skill, or have her roll drivin': bike with a penalty of some sort
(around a -4 would be my guess). I'd probably go with fightin': bike, and
tell her that because its such a large and relatively unbalanced weapon,
maybe give her a -2 to all her rolls. As for the stats, I'd call a bike a
large club and give it 1d6 damage (maybe 1d8 if I was feeling generous) or
somewhere in that neighborhood. Defensive bonus... hmm. I don't know.
Probably -1, since the bike would limit her movement to roughly forwards
and backwards (yes, I know BMX experts are more creative than that, but
those are in the best conditions on relatively flat surfaces). And it's
going to have a speed of 2 at the minimum. I might allow a drivin' roll TN
5 to 7 to reduce the speed to 1, but that may be too generous.
