[HoE] Miniatuise on Power Packs? HOPPLER?

Hi all,

A question for you all; can the miniaturise tool trick from The
Junkman Cometh be used on powerpacks?  Reading the rules, I wasn't
sure on this...Thanks all.  In return I'm going to post the details of
a junker device for you all, but tomorrow, when I've finished typing
it up, and I've had some sleep...

Oh, and BTW, Does anyone know when Muties Monsters and Misfits is
coming out, and if the release schedule is going to slow down now that
Pinacle are supporting Three! games?
