[HoE] Templar Observation

Just another Templar observation, here.

I'm sure that this has already been discussed when the Templar book came 
out, but, can a Templar be a Syker as well?  What with Sgt. York being the 
Patron Saint of Sykers, I had to ask.  It seems kind of unbalancing if you 
can play a brainburning Templar, where's the challenge?
