[HoE] Feed Your Head (Battery)?

I haven't read the borg book yet (more from lack of time than anything
else) but I've heard a bunch from y'all on the list.  If I understand
how these spirit fetters work, they make the manitou domicile and tap
into its magical energy to run the harrowed's borg systems.  My question
is, if you lopped off the borg's head and stuck it in a box, could you
use it like a big "battery" using the fetter?  If the answer is in the
book, forgive the ignorant question and just tell me where it is.
