    The way I understand it, basically replace anything ?Rick says about Wiley
with Burke. The PC"S are supposed to first here the name of Burke from Rick and
know the fact that Burke couldn't use the parts so Ritter gave them to Rick.

This is not the only thing like this in the adventure. It is runable, just make
sure you read the adventure completely through because I have seen a couple of
times where stuff like this is answered later in the text.
