The cyborg needs to have a hard point system installed to properly mount the 
armor on his body. The armor itself has hard points on its surface that can 
be used to attach external systems. These hard points basicly replace the 
ones covered up in mounting the armor.

 2) the self repair unit- the description says all prewar cyborgs have
 it, yet none of the "package deals" list it. Considering the Infiltrator
 unit doesn't get enough $$ to get it, I'm a tad confused.

All cyborgs start with an SRU. The first two slots in the torso section of 
the record sheet should actually be filled in with "SRU".
