The inflitrator package is a piece of cyberware that anyone can buy,
including
a light can, or even a heavy can. They talk about how the Agency had light
cans used for "cleanup" that looked human.>>

The Agency Light Cans that looked human only had to pass a glance test, so I
think that just means they didn't have Cyber Skulls or head hardpoints. They
basically just had to pass as normal when getting to the cleanup site. Chances
are, any witnesses to whatever they were cleaning were taken care of anyway, so
it wouldn't matter if they saw robot people kill the 30' tall demon.

I'd say that if a player REALLY wants it, he can get hardpoints and an
Inflitrator package, and I'll throw in the big fleshy plugs. He'll still have a
hard time explaining why he's got big lumps in his skin, and anyone doing a
pat-down will be able to tell there's something there.

Since the cults first used dogs to locate infiltrators, and the Infiltrator
package was an answer to that, I bring you the next step in cult security: The
Scale. If a normally-proportioned 5'2" woman gets on the scale and weighs 1000
lbs, you can bet she's a can.
