[HoE] HoE Coup Collecting

Can a single person benefit from multiples of the same Coup?

i.e., if a Doomsayer kills two Doombringers and gets both their coups, is he 
considered to have +2 Armor against Radiation?

More importantly, and as a demonstration of the more potential abuse, if a 
single person collects the Coup of two Lurkers, does he gain +6 Stealth?

It would seem not, but nothing that I could find throughout HoE seems to 
clearly state this one way or another.
