Regarding the last few bits about replies from the PEG staff...

Really, you shouldn't expect anything from the good folks at PEG
at all in the way of replys. Just because we are particularly big
fans of a great and fun game does not mean that PEG owes us
anything. They're under no contract to treat listserv members any
different than the numbers of faceless consumers who slap down
bucks for their products. To be technical, their obligaion to
consumers (outside of some product condition warrantees they
may have) end as soon as you hand over your buckage to Crazy
Pete The Master of The Game Shop, and he bags it and passes
you the recipt.

Now, don't take this as some kind of smakdown flame thing. I just
wanted to point out that the really great thing about Pinnacle,
Shane, John, and all the other folks is that they care enough to
interact with the Evil Fanpersons (tm) on a regular basis. Shoot,
they even slap free game stuff up on thier web page! You won't get
that kind of treatment from the Bastards of The Coast. In fact, they
don't even care to know your name...!!!(purely an opinion of mine)

My entire point (bet you didnt think I had one... :) is that while the
PEG crew does love us like the children they never ment to have,
they are under no geas to privide us with anything other than
games to buy. However, they are so cool that they go to great
lengths to give us extras, freebies, ghost rock, clarifications, and
sometimes even wifflebats, but never do they OWE any of those
extra to us.
