[HoE] Junk
You know,
I don't think there's enough 'junk' in Junking anymore, so I'm going to
fix that. The new-fangle complex rules I can take or leave, but I think a
definitive part of the 'junk' experience is what the 'junk' is and what it
is used for.
For example.
Found an old beat up, cracked Etch-a-sketch?
Put a medical spirit in it and have it slowly etch out X-rays of what you
put it on.
Put a spirit of a remote controlled car, and it drives around on its
little knobs. Make it a spy-camera. It etches out what it saw, play up
how slow the etching is.
Gun Spirits!!!!!
But no guns, Play up that most gun spirits find themselves in former
Toasters toasting out hot lethal goodness like Pop-tarts of oblivion!
And if that's the case, where do the Toaster Spirits find themselves?
Yes, it looks like a CD player, but it's a toaster.... trust me.
"I was the Pentagons top RADAR detector.....
And now I'm in a See 'n Say. My Junker pulls the string, and I point to
the nearest objects and spout 'There is a cow over there, and it says
'mooo'. Eh, it's a livin."
And how about 'Toy spirits', would they be appliance spirits or a separate
category due to their unique nature?
