I don't know about "definitive", but if you're looking specifically for
HOE stuff, here's a list of sites I've found useful, amusing or both.
Here's the addresses in no particular order with some brief
descriptions:

http://www.tir.com/~werebear/HOE

This one's called Heroes of the Wasteland and hasn't been updated
since January. It's a small site dedicated to one Marshal's posse
journals (looks like each player wrote their own perspectives of the
adventures) for Shape of Things A'Comin from the Peginc site and the
Marshall Screen adventure (can't remember the name of it right now).
Some interesting reading but not much else - worth checking out once
though.

This one's a Marshal's page for his campaign called "Blinding Flash
of Light" - hasn't been updated in a few months. Nice looking with
pictures from "The Preacher" comic (Vertigo I think) and a little
background on his campaign, posse and a hinderance/edge "package" called
Grizzled that's worth a chuckle.

The Righteous, the Vile and the Mutated - one of the first HOE
non-Pinnacle sites. A couple reviews and some new gear ideas, but
hasn't been updated since Leftovers came out. Still worth a glance.

The Junkyard - a site under construction with promising looks. Some
nice background and adventure seeds here. Cute wasteland's "weather
report".

http://members.tripod.com/scotthacker/hoe1/hoe1.html

Scott Hacker's Dead Man Walkin' site. Some good info on some powers
and NPCs.

http://netjunk.com/users/fuzzy/index.htm

The Fuzzy Page - brand new and growing. A bunch of good ideas and
material with an interesting "palmcorder" format.

http://www.bright.net/~nyla/gzero.html

Darrin Bright's Ground Zero site. A bunch of good stuff - new
powers, James Cook's HOE character generator, an unparalleled firearms
listing and an image library. Really good!

http://cpinternet.com/~snelson/wounds.htm

Wounds Unlimited. A really good and growing archive with several
mini adventures and background material. Updated weekly, I think (but
not always with HOE stuff).

There is a HOE webring, but most of the links are either dead or
haven't been updated in forever so I didn't bother listing it here -
instead I included above the sites that were still "active". As one
final point of interest, the site:

http://www.deadlands.com/

is the site for the deadlands town of Stonecircle (this is where I found
out about the HOE list). They keep an archive of the Deadlands,
Doomtown and Hell on Earth lists, complete with a handy search engine -
good if you're trying to remember what someone (or a group of someone's)
said about a topic several months back. Hope this was helpful. If I
left anyone off I shouldn't have, I apologize in advance but I probably
don't know about you. Feel free to let me know.

Marshal Matt
