[HoE] Pricing Junker stuff

Hey guys and gals if any of you have been to the Fuzzy Page you've noticed
the prices on the Junker stuff is over a $1,000 at least. The way I came up
with this was to count up the cost of making the device in it's components,
then times it by 100. That way if it cost say $15 in components to build an
EMP arrow it cost $1,500 for the arrow. What that I'm asking is does this
sound right to you? or should I times it by 10? I thought 10 wasn't enough.
