my understanding is this:
Junker-Hucksters: 1 hand ic, all bad Js, +4 backlash
Hucksters (normal or wasted west vet) all bad Js, +4 backlash
Hucksters (weird west vet) +4 backlash

which is why they only get the +4...that is, when the manitou wins its worse
