[HoE] Oakleys - Glasses O' Doom

These are glasses that were worn by some poor sod in the vicinity of a ghost
rock bomb explosion.  They captured the image of  the ghost mushroom cloud
on their lenses, and gained the following powers.  Who ever wears these
glasses sees people as how they will look just before they die.  The
drawback is that the wearer suffers from extreme Night Terrors (TN for roll
to sleep is 11) and also will not willingly part with the glasses.  Geiger
counters go nuts in the presence of the glasses.
