[HoE] Harrowed & Rad sickness

Now, I know that harrowed characters can get mutations, as the nature of
mutations in HoE is more spiritual than physical.  But, rad sickness is
being physically debilitated by radiation as it permiates the waster's
innards, or so I'm led to believe...  I'm sure this will have something
with the too-stuborn-to-stay-dead waster not taking wind by anything but
magical means.  Perhaps this is considered magical then, as he gets covered
in radiation?  

Any thoughts are welcome.
