    Grundies can't have mutations, and all Doomsayers have mutations, so no a 
grundie cannot become a doomsayer.  
    However, I see no reason why a grundie couldn't become a harrowed, 
although that is a tad munckiny.  But it makes sense, manitous seek only the 
best hosts, and few things are as buff as a grundie.
