As for Grundy Super Soldiers, I would say 'no'. Super Soldier programs
were used by the US and CSA before the Last War. Grundies started
showing up after the world had been nuked. There wasn't any place left
to do the Super Soldier treatments on them. Grundy Doomsayer is
*possible*, I think, because Doomsayers hae at least one mutation and
that's what the Solomon Grundy Syndrome is. But I don't think any of the
Doomsayers would teach them. It'd be like giving a five-year-old a
machine gun. That and Silas would rather have them as disposable shock
troops. 'Greenie' I would think would be possible, since there's a
chance that the child will be born with ability to use Syker powers. I
don't know if he'd actually live long enough to develop any more powers
or even learn Blastin'. I think 'BrainBurners' said something like it
took five years to learn a level of Blastin' without some sort of
instruction.
