[HoE] (retry) Questions about Hell or High Water and Lectors (spoilers for Hell or High Water)
Apart from one gentleman's speculation on #6, I got no reply to this so I
am trying again before I run. thanks. I won't post it again. this is just
in case people are less busy. :)
going to be starting my HoE marshalling career with Hell or High Water...my
party will be a Templar, a Templar Grundy (ewww) a Harrowed who is a
Companion, a Banshee Syker with the Dragons, and a Lector Hekant Doomsayer.
here are my Qs
1) any general tips for running? planning to cover it in 2-3 sessions
2) Neutrias...no size is given...I am assuming 3...is this accurate?
3) is there an upper limit on the # of Gators in the initial assault? by
the numbers I read, like 32 Gators will be coming at them...in 4
motorboats...I can see my group staring oddly there. That is 8 guys per boat!
4) any recommendations on why the Lector should not just drop a Nuke on the
Delta Queen? I am making it a good ways away, with a -15 to hit mod.
anything else?
5)anyone think the townsfolks should react badly to the Lector? such was
my original thought, but then it occurred to me that if they did the
Templars would probably abandon them. the players would probably feel that
such a course of action, while regrettable, may be needed.
6)given the PCs are "really real;ly lost" right off would they (the
Templars and companion) get Doc Norman as a Martyr up front? I could say no
but it seems that such would be a cop out.
7) when big al attacks, I assume the Lector will be unable to attack
him...does this apply in self defence? I am assuming yes.
anyway, thanks alot. I like the scenario and think its good for a new
Posse that is not unused to using alot of brain and detectivework (like mine).
plus who can say no to drippy undead?
Da Baron
Thank You!
