Well.... if they were drawing a bead on you, and you threw yourself
around, I would say it is unlikely you jump into a shot, unless, as I
said, they were firing on autofire, or spraying the area. I get the
impression that you think it possible to dodge individual shots fired at
you. I would say this is nigh on impossible, having tried to dodge paint
balls at a measly 300ft/sec :-]. This is why I don't tell my players
they have been shot at, just simply shots are being fired in your
direction. Saying this however doesn't do a thing for game mechanics,
and in the end it comes down to how you want to play your game.
