Well, 
    the char sheets are there to accomodate chars with only one arcane 
background, not two.  And especially since Junking is very time 
consuming, in theory a PC couldn't be both a junker and a martial artist 
unless they had a lot of time (vet'ran of wierd west, and that costs more 
than night terrors).   So, in short, yes, you're a munchkin.  The first 
step is admitting you have a problem.

	But I know what you're trying to do Qwai Chang Edison, you wanna 
be a ninja with fancy ninja gadgets!  I would do the 80's TV show thing, 
one PC is the ninjadude and another is the gadgetman and builds ninja 
gadgets for himself and Ninjadude.
