[HoE] Toxic Tales
I was wondering if any other HoE players out there use Toxic Tales for
keeping track of their characters, and what they think of it.
My character for Hell on Earth is a junker/martial artist. (No kidding!
Before you jump on me yelling 'Munchkin!', remember that she burns fate
chips like a maniac, and that's before we even get to the Night Terrors
and the Ailin': Chronic hindrances...)
Anyway, the reason I'm posting is that I'm finding the Arcane Abilities
pages to be just too darn small. There are only spaces for 10 powers on
there, and with my 3 martial arts skills and 6 junker powers, I'm
feeling real squished. (: Even the HoE normal character sheets have more
lines. Does anyone else have this problem?
I'm also running into the same problem on the Gear 'n' Stuff page --
it's nearly full. Besides keeping track of all the junker parts, since
Liz normally gets paid with barter, there's all kinds of weird stuff on
that page, and that's before we get to the food supplies for the Dread
Riverine Patrol Boat _Revenge_. (Did I mention that Liz is ship's cook
as well as engineer? (; ) I think I'm going to end up using the Portrait
page for the ship's equipment, but I really didn't want to have to do that.
Suggestion to the Pinnacle guys -- when you revise the book for the
updated ruleset, it'd be very splufty indeed if you could have four
pages for the Arcane Abilities and two pages for Gear 'n' Stuff. I'd go
without one of those Weapon pages for more Gear space, for sure.
What do you all think?
