Q)	Could a Doomsayer use EMP on these chips, and if so, what would happen?
Would  they all immediately explode, or have the chips been shielded from

A)	They're shielded. Just boost the TN by +4 or so. That's my "quick"
ruling. Use that until John gives you the "official" answer. [Shane
