[HoE] New hex rules



All right since i play a huckster i think i should put in my two cents about 
this.  IMHO this is going to make hucksters one of the most powerful 
character types out there.  The thing that limits hucksters powers is that 
they have to advance the hexes individually, it makes the huckster think 
about what hexes he wants to learn and which ones he wants to use.  This 
system will also make it much cheaper to be a huckster bounty point wise.  If 
you spend 5 points durring character creation you effectivly can learn any 
hex and you have it at level five.  At that level you are almost garrenteed 
to make at least a pair.  If you spend the five you also automatically get 
five hexes at level five, and you can buy more hexes at a cost of two points 
a piece.  I run in Hell on Earth and i am going to continue to use the old 
rules.  It makes the hucksters have to be more well rounded in thier 
selection of hexs and how they distribute thier bounty points.

P. S.  For those of you who are waiting for the results of my hell on earth 
huckster campigne im sorry its taking so long to get them to you.  We had to 
delay the game because one of the main characters could't show.  But i have 
not forgotten and after so sugestions from other people i will be sending a 
copy to Pinnical in hopes they will publish it in the hell on earth library.  
( Has anyone else noticed that the hell on earth one is pretty bare ).
