[HoE] Night Vision ?

Again, something I might be missing, but in HoE:

Is there any indication of what creatures can see in the dark and which 
cannot?

I know there used to be such a category/power for creatures in Deadlands (as 
I thumb through Tales of Terror).  But it seems to be missing from HoE.

Granted, I can just assume all non-absolute humans can (kinda like the old 
D&D monster rules ;) ).  Then again, I'm not sure why I should assume 
Walkin' Dead can see in the dark when Harrowed PCs (even if their manitous 
are in control) presumably don't automatically have that ability.
