[HoE] Problems with presentation

Hello,

Has anyone else had some problems with the way Pinnacle makes its books?
If they are going to bother to make a hardcover book, why don't they
string bind it instead of using some shoddy glue? My main rule book is
falling apart, and it is really annoying, you cant just open the book,
you have to take it gingerly in your hands and open it about 1/3rd of
the way and carefully read what it says, or the book falls apart some
more. White Wolf make wonderful books, and their games aren't all that
bad either. Now I may get flamed for this, but it is just really
annoying to see such a great roleplaying world in such a poor excuse for
a book. You might say that string binding the books will make the cost
more, but an you honestly tell me you wont pay $5 more for a solid, good
quality product?

While I am ranting, I might as well add that the inclusion of an index
would sure help, and it can't possibly take that long. It seems as
though Pinnacle make these absolutely fantastic games, but then can't be
bothered to present them well. Here I'll just throw in an analogy, Linux
is great, but it leaves a little to be desired in presentation, still,
there are people that look past the presentation to get to the good
stuff, but it makes the ride a whole lot more pleasant when it all comes
together nicely.

Anyway, try to refrain from pulling the triggers on those flame throwers
of yours, I am just trying to offer some constructive criticism.
