Radiation Screen contains two things: the Marshal's Screen itself, and a 48
page adventure entitled "Apocalypse Now". If you need to look up tables,
charts, and suchlike a lot, it's a handy little item. Otherwise, you can
just roll your dice behind a folder or something. The adventure is hardly
vital, though it is interesting.

Wasted West, OTOH, is second in importance only to the main rules. This
contains a plethora of background for the Wasted West, as well as some
additional rules (among them: new guns, example relics, powered armor (!),
new edges and hindrances, etc.). IMHO, essential stuff for a HoE marshal
to possess. Joe Bob says check it out.
