the junkman cometh book is an evil rumour started by the reckoners, they 
build up your hopes and then dash them to pieces. after a month of waiting 
they then put insidious thoughts into your head, and offer you power beyond 
imagining "serve us and the book will be yours". you then make an incredible 
11 spirit roll and if failed gain a random mutation and a major hankering for 
the book. you become reliant on the words of the reckoners and take a wound 
to the head each week until you reach 5, then you return as an undead with an 
overriding urge to make your own book from the flesh of young female virgins.
