[HoE] Clean cut wasters

Whaddya mean the Templars are clean-cut?
The template in the rulebook is an unshaven, SMG toting lout. Jo
is a housewife with delusions of grandeur (ok, so they're not delusions)
but she looks like she finds stuff, wears it all (what is that metal
thing on her leg anyway?) and puts a white tabard over it. I get the
impression they also bathe when back in Boise, and no other time.
They do seem to be using too ornate swords, more of them need to
take one route suggested in the book. Hockey sticks and weed whackers.
Golf clubs. Crow bars. Maybe the odd staff. Chainsaws. The boomerang
sharpened hubcap would be fun.
Boise is ramshackle huts pretending to be a castle. All you need
to remember is that these guys are accountants and insurance bankers with
a cause. They may have power, but it don't make 'em smarter.

As for the mentioning of the Rifts thingee... if anyone has
purchased Rifts: New West, or the old Rifts book, shame on you for the
comparison! For shame! There are only two rifts concepts I find worthy
of Wasted West. The worm wraith and juicers (drugged up
super-soldiers). The rest is just good for kindling.
