[HoE] RE:Making Bullets
If you ,as the marshal, are willing to be nice
the only place AP bullets can be made is in Junktown. AP bullets are made
from a high grade teflon compound and the means for making them should be well
out of the players recources.
The same is true for gyrojet rounds the
propulsion comes from a low yield fuel. Of course being the nice bastard I
am I allow my junkers to make them using spook juice.
