I beleive that this question was addressed earlier (close to when the
Doomsayer book came out) the out come of the discussion was that the
mirv power worked similar to the auto fire rules. you get to hit the
same target or mutltiple targets per sucess. Also it was determined that
you have to roll a new location for each mirv bolt when you target a
single victem. Anyway hope this helps out with the confusion.
