OK, so maybe WW did so something a bit cheap, and maybe it was intentional.  
It might have just been the art guys or what not fiddling around with their 
logo and saying, "That looks so cool!!!"  And why does it look so cool?  
'cause PEG did it first... :-)

Anyhoo, I doubt anything will come of it.  All in all, WW is pretty good 
about stuff.  They did that crossover w/ PEG a while back in the Dime Novels. 
 And while THEY could have gone after SJ Games and forced them to re-name 
their sourcebook, GURPS Technomancer, 'cause of some relation to their Mage 
line, they opted to go ahead and let SJG do the book, as long as people 
understood it had nothing to do w/ WW.  And IMHO, if you're going to cut 
others slack when it comes to this stuff, you should get appropriate slack in 
return.
