I implore you, please read that description again (HoE Rulebook, page 157).  The Reward allows you
to heal supernatural DISEASES, not just anything supernatural.  To give an extreme example,
according to what you've said, you can bring back the dead, if they were killed by something
supernatural.  After all, you're just fixing something supernaturally caused, right?
