[HoE] more theories on the reckoners

ok so my last theory didn't go down well, but hey if I keep on trying I 
might eventually... (sorry rambling here!)

anyway the banshee thing's been floating around, and why the reckoners 
sent us to banshee (if they did!) and it could be simple, secure thier 
interests! once they've finished with earth, they could travel to 
banshee to continue in the same way (and repeat the process there, then 
find anouther and so on...), now that humans are there, they can get a 
foothole from the humans fear, and so the cycle contiunes.

if anything in Brainburners contradicts this (though I'm sure it won't) 
please tell me as getting hold of the book is difficult (like any rpg 
product over here!)
