Not to be rude, but I think a lot of you are a bit off track with this 
whole Skinnie/Banshee thing. I think the FoF Aliens are connected, as 
is, possibly the reference in river of blood to a swamp creature (I 
don't have the book on hand so I can't give you the exact page).
The Reckoners thing is out, though. They're not on Banshee, unless PEG 
is just plain out lying to us. Somewhere (though I can't remember 
exactly where) it says that "The problems on Banshee are of an entirely 
different nature".
The real mystery here is why the reckoners enticed humans onto Banshee. 
Their interests seem confined to the earth, and by the very fact of 
their success, they have been. What lies for them on Banshee?
My personal opinion is that the fear of humanity may have somehow been 
"shipped" back to the reckoners. And let's face it, with an effective 
repeat of what happened in the old west 200 years previous, fear was 
aplenty.
But what about the "problems" on Banshee?
It is my opinion that what the hassle will be will in fact be is a 
creation of the Skinnies themselves, to drive the humans away. However, 
once released, it will do equal damage to BOTH sides (sound familiar 
anyone?). I'm not sure, but this is my feeling about it.
