[HoE] A New character class?

Okay. Here's something interesting that a character of mine brought up. We
created what I think is a new character class.

I pulled a major mutation for him-the metal skin thing. He thought-I'll do
Colossus. Then we started talking about the Loco he would take for the X-men
delusion.

So he thought he would take it a little further. He's a robot. During the
war, so many EMP pulses fried his programming and he thinks he's a human
mutant.

His internal programming is set for preservation and works to maintain the
illusion. With bounty points (or significant plot lines) he will have access
to new files and information. That information may be correct or incorrect,
depending on what the gremlins do with it.

So the character we started with has changed greatly, but is more meaty in
terms of plot line and all that. He even calls everyone in the posse by what
he would think his X-men name is.

The question is who is Charles Xavier.

This whole discussion also included some ideas from the Infinity gauntlet
series that Marvel had out about 5 or so years ago. I am considering using
that storyline as well.


So there you go, Robots. A new character class, perhaps. I try not to infect
HoE with too much Rifts stuff, but the robot concept is based partially on
it. He's really more of an advanced prototype of an automaton though.
