I think some of this may be marshal stuff, but I tend to get confused easily
these days, so, just to be on the safe side, I provide the following spoiler

That oughta do it.  Okay, well, the impression I got from the various Hell on
Earth books is that the Horsemen are currently on a "World Tour," waltzing
across continents and smiting all those who have the sheer gall to NOT be
scared out of their skin.  So, basically, they don't seem to be hanging around
North America.

This is not to say, however, that the Horsemen might not wander their way on
back one day, especially given a good reason. If I were going to use the
Horsemen, I'd only do so after the posse had done something spectacular, and
drastically lowered the fear levels in quite a few areas. Even then, I might
hit them with Raven first.  Then, if they've hit five grit, and they've got
more legend chips in the pot than blues, it's just about time to hit them with
a coupla the Reckoners.

And don't forget that if any of them even looks at Death, they're dead.
