[HoE] HOE street fighters

<<Offhand, there ought to be more than just Jeet Kun Do around after all
of these years: at very least a few other rouge martial artists could
have gone off (or some very talented people inspired by video games?).
After all, it can get rather dull if they're all using the same style.>>

Obviously, there were more fighting styles than JKD, but only Lee
actually took the time to write down all the "secret" ch'i based
powers in his journal. Besides, JKD isn't really a "traditional"
fighting style, it's more of a philosophy. Lee developed it as a
result of back alley street fights in Chinatown; it teaches that a
good fighter uses techniques from a variety of sources, not limiting
himself to a particular set of moves. Set moves have set
countermoves, but a freeform does not...

As far as the ch'i to strain thing, I had been thinking about it, and
I believe that 2 ch'i to 1 strain would a good conversion rate.
